About the role
This position sits within the Enabling Services Network in the Workforce Operations team, which is responsible for developing and administering human resource initiatives and providing HR support across cohealth.

The purpose of this multi-functional role is to provide support across a range of workforce activities, such as employee compliance, learning and development (L&D) administration and reporting, also contributing to the development and continuous improvement of workforce policies, procedures and systems.

Your duties include:

  • Process Workforce Operations documentation and provide effective and comprehensive advice on Workforce Operations issues
  • Coordinate, monitor, and report compliance information and identify, manage and escalate compliance risks
  • Coordinate and administer learning and development activities, maintaining learning systems and records and ensuring mandatory training completion standards are met
  • Contribute to the development of HR systems, processes, policies, and innovations

Our ideal candidate:

  • Experience in either a HR Administrator or Officer role
  • Knowledge of industrial relations legislation and Award/Agreement Interpretations
  • High level verbal and written communication skills, including preparing correspondence and reports
  • Strong belief and personal alignment in cohealth Values and Mission
