About the role
cohealth is a healthcare partner of the Braybrook Community Hub, a multidisciplinary centre which also includes a library, kindergarten, child and maternal health clinic, Men's shed and a range of community-based activities. The Site Lead provides a central coordination point for site operations and service delivery. This includes managing day-to-day administration, supporting cohealth's clinical teams and managing our co-located services.

Your duties include:

  • Coordinate regular site meetings to monitor safety, support service coordination, identify maintenance issues and provide updates and client feedback
  • Provide a welcoming and culturally safe environment for clients and community
  • Proactively work with the team to optimise the use of clinician time
  • Be familiar with and orientate new site users with the site safety and emergency features and evacuation procedure guidelines

Our ideal candidate:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or 3 years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in leading and supporting administration functions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Commitment to culturally safe service delivery of health/community services using a Human Rights approach
