About the role

This position sits within the Oral Health cluster which provides a range of evidence-based general dentistry procedures to enhance the Oral Health of our communities attending our clinical sites in Kensington, Niddrie, and Footscray as well as various outreach locations.

Your duties include:

  • Provide direct client care at a high standard in accordance with:
    • cohealth policies and procedures
    • consistent with level of scope and experience
    • in collaboration with the client and Oral Health Team
    • meeting infection control requirements
    • productivity targets
    • relevant clinical guidelines
    • electronic health record requirements
  • Perform all other program requirements aligned with scope, as rostered, and as directed
  • Participate in supervision, clinical meetings, and the performance development & review program

Our ideal candidate:

  • Dentist qualification eligible for registration with AHPRA
  • Victorian Radiation Licence (preferably including OPG and Lat ceph scope)
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to the needs of people from multicultural, marginalised, and diverse communities
