About the role

The Dayforce Administrator will be responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimisation of cohealth's Dayforce Human Capital Management (HCM) system, along with other enterprise applications. The role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of business-critical systems through effective user access management, integration oversight, and technical support.

Your duties include:

  • Overseeing system performance, security, and user access for Dayforce and related applications
  • Identifying and implementing technology solutions that align with cohealth's architecture and business requirements
  • Preparing and maintaining solution designs, technical specifications, and documentation for stakeholders
  • Managing integrations and resolving system issues to support business continuity
  • Contributing to enterprise initiatives through design, communication, and solution delivery

Our ideal candidate:

  • Tertiary Qualification in a business or technology related discipline
  • Certification in an industry recognised architecture framework, business analysis or related methodology
  • Minimum 3 years + experience with Dayforce preferred
  • Victorian Driver's Licence and ability to meet pre-employment requirements (police check, WWCC, work rights, vaccinations)
