About the role

The Learning, Performance & Development Lead plays a strategic and hands-on role in cohealth's Workforce Operations team, driving capability uplift and a culture of continuous learning.

You'll design, deliver and evaluate inclusive learning experiences in partnership with internal stakeholders, subject matter experts, and people with lived and living experience. This role ensures learning aligns with organisational priorities and supports a high-performing, engaged workforce.

A key initial focus will be leading the design and delivery of cohealth's Lived and Living Experience Pathway Strategy, co-designing training pathways that reflect the voices and needs of those with lived experience and those who work alongside them.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and implement whole-of-organisation learning strategies, including structured pathways, micro-credentials and capability-building programs.
  • Lead the Lived and Living Experience Pathway Strategy through codesign with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain a structured calendar of learning activities aligned with strategic goals and individual development plans.

Our ideal candidate

  • Tertiary qualifications in L&D, Education, Health, HR, Business or a related field
  • Proven experience in L&D or instructional design within complex organisations
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Valid Victorian Driver's Licence
  • Proof of qualification to be sighted

Pre-employment requirements

All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC), a Working with Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination.
