About the role

Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Deputy Chief Executive, the Administrator will provide administrative support to the Services Network Directors, and their leadership teams, and will support communication, reporting and coordination of network activities and information to achieve business objectives.

Your duties include:

  • Organise meetings with internal and external stakeholders as requested by the Directors
  • Undertake administrative duties to support project activities, the execution of meetings and forums, including minute- taking, and the preparation of emails, presentations, reports and briefings
  • Prepare and co-ordinate information in response to feedback or information requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain records for the Services Network utilising supported technology platforms such as SharePoint, OneDrive, reporting dashboards and project management software

Our ideal candidate:

  • Demonstrated experience working in a similar role as Administrator to senior leaders or leadership teams
  • Advanced Microsoft Office 365 competency, including spreadsheet development and maintenance
  • High attention to detail

All appointments are made subject to a satisfactory Police Check, a Working With Children Check (WWCC), complete a Pre-Employment Declaration Form, evidence of legal rights to work in Australia, and evidence of vaccination against COVID-19 (3 doses).

Successful applicants will be required to provide evidence of immunisation assessment including Influenza within 12 weeks of commencement [B]. This is in accordance with the Victorian Minister of Health Mandatory Vaccination Orders for COVID-19 and legislated requirement for influenza vaccination.
