About the role

The HR Covid Administrator will support providing customer focused and values-based recruitment administration, onboarding administration, rostering administration, and candidate management administration in accordance with cohealth values, recruitment policies and procedures, and best practice.

The HR Covid Administrator will work closely as a team to provide flexible support to the program and employees. They will also work collaboratively with People Operations, Payroll, and the Covid-19 Response team to achieve effective and well resourced programs.

Your daily duties will vary but will include:

  • Support developing Position Descriptions
  • Preparing recruitment documentation and tools
  • Support preparing recruitment advertisements
  • Liaising with recruitment system providers to ensure effectiveness
  • Support the screening and shortlisting process, including telephone screening and use of information technology
  • Support with checking of references
  • Ensuring compliance checks are completed (including Police Checks, Working
  • With Children Checks, Disability Exclusion Process and other mandatory processes)

Who are we looking for?

  • HR experience - not essential
  • Well-developed written and verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both in a team and autonomously.
  • Current Working with Children Check.
  • Computer and word processing skills.
  • Covid Response Teams operates 7 days per week with shift hours varying depending on service need, incumbents will be required to participate in shifts as rostered
  • All Healthcare workers in Victoria are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19, and will need to provide evidence before commencing employment with cohealth
