4. Annual Salary:
The hourly rate for this position is between $35-41 per hour, depending on experience. As per the Victorian Stand Alone Community Health Centres, Health Professionals Multi-employer enterprise agreement 2017 – 2021. Do you wish to continue with your application?

6. Qualification:
Do you have a tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy? If so, please communicate

7. Registration :
Are you registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA), or eligible to register?

8. Experience:
What is your experience in contributing to the planning, implementation and management of physiotherapy health programs? Please provide an answer of up to 250 words.

9. Experience:
Do you have experience in community based physiotherapy service provision?

10. Knowledge:
What is your understanding of best practice principles in high quality and client focused physiotherapy services within a public health environment? Please provide an answer of up to 250 words.
