4. Annual Salary:
This position will be paid under the Victorian Stand-Alone Community Health Services (Health and Allied Services, Managers and Administrative Officers) Multiple Enterprise Agreement 2011-2015, Grade 7, $106,334.80 plus Superannuation per annum, plus great salary packaging options and other benefits. 5. Qualification:
Do you hold an undergraduate or post graduate qualification as a health or community service professional and a post graduate management qualification?

6. Knowledge:
Do you possess an in depth of understanding of the justice sector and/or family violence responses and/or victims assistance programs (including counselling and case management responses) and associated practice governance and quality management processes

7. Qualification:
Do you hold a Psychology and or Social Worker degree?

8. Experience:
Do you possess experience in leading service (re-)design and facilitating change?
