4. Hourly rate :
The hourly rate for this position will be between $37-$39 per hour, depending on experience. As per the Community Health Centre (Stand Alone Services) Social and Community Service Employees Multi Enterprise Agreement 2013 – 2015, Social Worker Class 2 Year depending on experience (SCHADS level 5). 5. Driver’s licence:
Do you hold a valid Victorian driver’s licence?

6. Qualification:
Do you hold a relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in the housing, mental health, disability or welfare sectors? If so, please communicate

7. Knowledge:
Please communicate your understanding of the key issues affecting people experiencing homelessness (Suggested word limit 200 words)

8. Experience:
Do you have experience in undertaking, supporting and coordinating assertive outreach and group activities/

9. Experience:
Do you have experience working with clients who have a history of homelessness and multiple and complex needs,

10. Knowledge:
