About the role:
The Integrated Medical Centre (TIMC) Practice Manager is responsible for the operational management and business development of cohealth's private medical practice at North Fitzroy. This role will predominantly comprise of supporting the Doctors and other clinicians, managing practice staff and developing a unique and high performing practice culture; business financial management and growing practice revenues/profitability; business planning and practice compliance.
Key responsibilities of the role will include:
- Staff performance & development of team culture
- Financial performance
- Business planning
- Business development & partnership management
- Clinic patient/customer service
- Systems development
- Asset management (equipment and software)
- Compliance - Quality & Accreditation
